Being born and raised in a small town in rural Kansas, and have always lived in small towns, the colorful outdoor setting comes out in my artwork with its continued quiet, and coziness.

As a child, I was always creating portrait drawings of people. In college and beyond, expanding to full Life Drawing portraits and sculptures with a degree from North Colorado University. I was mainly a grey-scale artist before jumping into color for my 2D art. Now, I exhibit paintings, in both acrylic and alcohol ink.
