"To create is to be alive. Working with oils, acrylics, and other mediums takes me beyond everyday living. To see a blank canvas or other base fill up with bright colors, with expression through brush or palette knife movement, is a joyful experience. I do not have one style, I have many. I do not stay within any boxes. I like to wander all over the place. My art consists of serious, whimsical, illustrative, abstract. Being part of the local art community for the past 10 years has been a wonderful experience."
