Bay Willow Design is a bespoke millinery shop founded by milliner, Jenny Mathison Foster. Located in the historic Cotton Mill in McKinney, Jenny uses her appreciation and knowledge of design to craft hats and headpieces using classic millinery techniques with the finest materials.
