My artwork reflects my devotion to mother earth. Her femininity and rounded forms of organic matter. I use clay as my medium to dive deeply into heart space, and reflect the undulating movement of the Earth. I create both functional Pottery and sculptural Pottery. Growing up in Maine my connected us to nature and its abundance has imprinted my being. My artwork reflects the idea that at one time we will become part of earths soil again. Using clay depicts that and it’s totality.
