"My pottery features details inspired by my obsession with old buildings, incorporating mixed media techniques with transfers. My encaustic / acrylic collages show my fascination with vintage ephemera - where pieces of history reveal beauty from a past repurposed. I serve as Artist Coordinator for McKinney Tiny Doors, working with area artists and businesses to bring a spark of whimsy to our beloved downtown. I have partnered with fellow McKinney artist Andrea Holmes to publish Art Makes Magic: Keys to Imagining a Creative Life from My Fairy Art Mother and am honored by the opportunity to support emerging artists on their journey."
