Cindy Peters wants her works to spread joy and happiness. She is infuenced by impressionism, abstract art and life everyday. You can see her love of color, fun and whimsy in her paintings. She paints to music in a fast and loose abstract style that often invokes the essence of a landscape or skyscape. Cindy P begins her process by prepping a canvas with the words LOVE, PEACE and JOY written in bold letters and then follows with random free form marks using pen, pencil and crayons. As the work evolves and she hides a small heart as a surprise.
